Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation of appointments booked on this Website or at Tenet location can be done through this Website or through our call centre.

• Requests for cancellation and refund will be accepted only before the samples are collected in case of a home sample pickup and before the test/service is availed, in case of visits at Tenet locations. Subsequent to sample collection or test/service having been availed, no requests for refund shall be entertained.
• Tenet may accept or deny any requests for refund and decide the quantum of refund at its sole discretion.
• Any refund requests accepted by Tenet shall be processed back via the original mode of payment and may take 15–20 days from the date of acceptance of request for refund.
